I'm Alison! I've been a nurse since 2014 and a nurse practitioner since 2019. I started to really struggle with my own mental health as a new nurse when I found yoga. Since then, I've been on a journey to heal my mental health with yoga, mindfulness, and habit change. I now want to share everything I've learned with every nurse I can reach.
