The Impact of Gratitude
Nov 12, 2022
As we start November, it's time to start thinking about the holiday season and how we celebrate it.
For me, Thanksgiving means being thankful for all things in my life and being really mindful of them. Being grateful or feeling gratitude simply means noticing how lucky you are to have something in your life and not taking those things for granted.
Practicing gratitude REGULARLY has been scientifically shown to improve happiness levels and decrease instances of things like anxiety and depression and even burnout.
The best way to practice gratitude is to do it REGULARLY!
And there are a few ways you can do this including:
- Daily 3, write them out and why.
- Ongoing list, read it every morning.
-First thing when you wake up, think about it or write it down.
-Thankful Thursdays, putting practice into place.
Finding a time in your personal routine to add even ONE of these and do it on a regular basis can make you HAPPIER and feel fulfilled and grateful every single day.
